Longgun:
I use RL15 for my Rem 416, 80grs puts me at approx 2400fps with the 400gr bullet.
If you were shooting a 400gr bullet with 75gr of IMR4064 that would put your fps at 2300 approx.

I have a Winchester Model 70 in .416 Remington Magnum.  I've found a good practice load using 72.5 grains of IMR-4895 and the 350 grain Speer Mag-Tip.  This load chronographs close to 2,450 fps and should be good for moderate-range hunting on anything less than the big bears.  Interestingly, I've seen loading manuals list as high as 77 grains with this powder/bullet combination but I think that recipe would be too hot for my rifle.

while99, I've always heard that those 300,350 gr bullets travel pretty fast.
If thats what you want to shoot. :D
