Anybody let some radishes go to seed intensionally for the seed pods ?
They are as tasty as the radishes themselves. they are great in salads and some people pickle them kinda like capers.

I have never had the Radish plants get mature enough to go to seed but it sounds tempting to do.  Radishes are the very first thing I learned how to grow when I was young.    Radishes got me into this whole vegetable gardening thing.

I have tried cutting the Green Tops from Radishes prior to going to seed and using them in salads.   The tops from the little Red Globe Radishes are excellent with other greens in a salad.

I like the tops of them to in salads or cooked with vinager over them. I do the same with beets and turnips... I like to take small bottles and stuff hot peppers in them and then fill them with vinager. Puts a little zing into the vinager
