conversion for Makarov to 380auto

Has anyone ever converted their Makarov to 380auto? Has it worked as good in 380 as in 9mmMak ? Can you recommend a barrel manufacturer or company to get the barrel from. I am getting a pocket pistol in 380 and may switch the Mak over for common ammo.

scroll down.  $45 for barrel.  

You WILL need the barrel press tool to remove/install barrels (temp out of stock).
