"New" model 88

Model 88 308 win. Blueing about 95%, wood about 80%. The best part is serial # in the low 2000's, now I am going to have to find another one to hunt with or rebarrel to 358. This one has a spot in the gun cabinet right after I put a couple of rounds through it. Anybody got a guess at what it is worth?

The low 2000 would be a 1955 manu. if the whole gun was in the 95% range it would be about $500, and thats the blue book value in certain areas of the country it will be alot more. :D    JIM
