I know a couple of guy's at the range that have the 24/7, one of them in 45acp. He tells me it is a good gun and that it is not particular about what kind of ammo he feeds it. I have not handled or shot it personally... :D

i have had a stainless model for about 2 months, i've run 100+ rounds through it without a jam.. recoil is not bad at all.. it will put 12 out of 12 rounds in a torso target at 25 yds..

i went to the local gunshop today to check out a springfield xd
then i saw a 24/7 in 45acp
i liked what i saw
striker fire same pull on the trigger with every shot
ergonomics felt good in my hand
the only two things i didnt like abt the one i looked at was all blued, would prefer stainless slide and the lock on the side of the slide
dont care for locks on guns
the one thing i did like was 12 rounds of full sized 45 acp
in a grip frame that fits my hand
probably gonna wait for awhile to see if any bugs turn up unless i find a good deal on a used stainless one
