Help with Win Mod 70 270 info

I have a chance to add another Mod 70 to the safe and need input on it.  I have a Mod 70 Classic Sporter in 30.06 already.  The one I am looking at is nothing like it.  The "new one" has a factory syn stock with no floorplate.  It is a .270.  The bolt is not like the Classic that I own.  The 'new' one has no claw type extractor like my 30.06 has.  the serial number starts with a G and is G23070XX.  What is this Model 70?
