Peep Sight Question?

How come the williams rear peep sight is the same for the winchester model 94 and the marlin 336 but when you go to Lyman they have a model peep for the 94 and a different model for the 336. I have a winchester model 94 .30/30 made in 1963 and it has two peep sight holes on the receiver and i wanted to know which model would fit. I already have williams on several other rifles but wanted to try the Lyman on the 94 30/30. I'm thinking its the #66A Maybe someone could help me out hear . Thanks Tanoose

Tanoose,
Can't tell you why Lyman has two different sights. The mounting holes are the same. Looks like your Lyman 66A will work. Check with Lyman to be sure.
For "ghost ring" use remove the aperture and use the large screw in hole.
