A Plumbers Linstock

Well, I'm not really a plumber..... but when rummaging through the copper tubing fittings at the local hardware store I came up with enough to put together a passable linstock.  1/2" copper tubing fittings and 3/8" cotton rope.  Still have to clean up my rather sloppy soldering.

Evil Dog,

That's a real interesting concept, pull it slow to fire the cannon, pull the rope fast and hard for a light show at night.  Let us know how it works.

One last thing, Were you at the gun show in Del Mar last April.  I was their with my cannons then, talked to a few who had cannons and shot them in the desert.

One thing's for sure, with that much rope burning it's real easy to hit the fuse.

No, wasn't at Del Mar... haven't been to a gun show since they quit doing the one at Pomona.  That's been quite some time ago.
