If everyone will list the rooms they need, and how many beds they need in each, I'll contact the Cole and find out what they've got and if we need to reserve rooms.

One room, one bed, the bigger the better. I flop around a lot. For me sleep is a very elusive thing. Dennis and I will arrive the afternoon before the shoot begins and leave the day after it ends.

I'm sure they will want a credit card number so just let me know when to call it in to them.

So far that's 10 rooms, some with singles, some with doubles. I'll call the Cole and talk to them about reserving that number of rooms.

I talked to the Cole Family Inn. They do not have "double rooms" but they do have some rooms that are adjoining.

The regular room rate is $37.98 per night. The adjoining sets (that's two rooms with an adjoining door between them) go for $54.25 per night. I have worked out a deal where we will get the whole block of rooms that we need for $27.12 each regardless of weather or not it's an adjoining room.

Now, the way I read the posts above, we need sixteen rooms total. I counted everyone that needs two beds as two rooms. Someone jump in here and correct me if I'm wrong.

If this is correct, I will hold the rooms at the quoted rates.

Wes.....are you holding the rooms personally....I'm planning on using a credit card to pay for my room. I will NOT be able to pay cash to reimburse for the room....I have several commitments for expenses for the month of June (this Prarrie Dog shoot is only one of them)and to attend all of them my cash supply will be limited and tight for the month of June.

Guys, I will probably be able to hold the rooms without using a credit card. The way she talked, if I ask, she'll hold them for me. The everyone can pay with whatever means they want.

I'm going to call her again today or tomorrow and talk to her about it.

I spoke with the lady at the front desk yesterday. She doesn't need a credit card and she is holding a block of rooms from Wes' discussions with her. BUT she would appreciate a phone call from us letting her know the name of the person to hold rooms for, how many rooms and what nights.

Personally I think it is easier for each of us to make the call rather than trying to relay it thru Wes and asking him to do it. Geez it's only a two minute phone call for us. Wes is taking care of a LOT of stuff for us already in setting this up.
