VZ 75??

My neighbor has a pistol he wants to sell me.He doesn't know much about it and I was wondering if anybody here could help.It is a semiauto,ammo 7.62 x 25 Tokarev.It has VZ 75 on top of gun.He thinks it is Russian.Anybody know anything about this gun??..............Rick :shock:

Joe,I thought it was Czech myself.I read where "VZ" is the old symbol for the modern "CZ".Also read where "VZ" = "VZOR".Now I'm really confessed :roll: .Is it the same as a CZ 75? or not...........Rick
