Why do I have to log on to get this forumn?

It seems that this happened to me once before on another forumn. This is the only one, but I have to log on the first time I want to see this one. Not a big issue, but a point of curiosity?

I belong to 20+ Forums. I'm having the same problem as you; unique to GBO. This is my favorite Forum (all of GBO ) on the net.

Fixed it. You should now be able to read without being logged in. BUT to post you'll always have to log in on all GBO Forum except those in the Help and Announcements Section.

I know there are a few others that still require log in to read but since I'm always logged in I can't easily catch them and for sure I'm not gonna call up and look at the permissions on all of them just to locate the one or two still not cleared for reading when not logged in.

For the most part our intention is to have forum permissions set so everyone can read the posts but only members who are logged in can post to them.

Another Curuious Question

This was not a big deal to me and I have been a little bit under the weather, therefore I forgot I made the post. I discovered it this afternoon and when I did I realized that I did not have to log in to see THANKS! My question of curosity is why I didn't get an email notice that someone had responded. Again it is not a big deal, just curious. You can't know how much I enjoy this sight and how much "stuff" I have purchased and information I have gained. Thanks for making it happen.
