need a new lever gun...
« on: January 30, 2005, 10:34:06 AM »
I love Winchester 94's.  My first gun was my Granpa's 94 in 3030.

I have added only two, they are 94 ae with crossbolt safety and 24 inch barrels.  I have these in .357, 45 colt.

Problem is that I need (really want) a 44 mag in above configuration.  Have been looking locally for about a year and as yet no luck.

Any body know of any out there?

Thanks,

Fred

If you get the chance, try a '92 Winchester in 44 Mag (Mikoru) I think you'll fall in love.

New York Hunter,

I want the older style with the crossbolt safety.   The new production uses a tang safety...never put a tang sight on this one.

I want this gun to match my other two therefore the crossbolt safety is a requirement.

Thanks for the link to davidson's, I bookmarked it.

John wy cannuck,
Thanks for the recommendation, I will keep my eye out.

armory414,

Thanks for the link, I did a search and only found a 16 inch...I need a 24 inch barrel.

Thanks for the effort.
