16.  I was thinking sitting in Church about how people seem to read the Bible a whole lot more as they get older; then it dawned on me  they're cramming for their final exam.

I think the older I get the more I realize how important God's Word is.  And as I get to know Him better, through His Word, the more I appreciate His giving it too us.  I think sometimes that God gave us age so that we would slow down and take time to see what is really important in life.

There will not be a final exam, as we think of it. The Lord will not ask questions of us to ascertain if we have the Faith required.
The Lord knows our hearts and He will tell us, not ask us.
It is good, at any age, to study and to question the lord about the condition of our hearts. He WILL answer and give, I believe, us the opportunity to come into a true relationship with him, if we seek him.
