Excellent WorkinStiff :D
The 911 was really intense, You just wanted the caller to holler out (IT`S A BIGFOOT).     but he didn`t.

The other one that was the owl call, I`ve heard that one out here when I`m Bigfoot hunting.

both were great, send us more. :D

I listened to the two wave files from Ohio and MS and the MS one was seriously poor. I really could barely at best make out anything other than the recorder noise and dog. Now on the Ohio it was a very clear sound. I've heard pretty much that identical sound right here from my home. I could have easily recorded it if I had a recorder that is.

Right down to the dogs barking and a howl or whatever as identical to that as can be. Both me and Faye have heard it several times. Now each time I hear it I do wonder "what the heck". But honestly I do not think there is even the slightest chance that what I am hearing is a big foot. This area here is way too populated and just no large continuous forest to support such.

I'm not saying the maker of the one here and there are the same as I have no clue yet what is making it. But at least for mine here I'd bet money it's not a big foot. It's just never loud enough or clear enough to know. I've thought it to be a siren a long ways off or maybe a dog a fair ways off. Dunno. But we're just in an area too populated with people and dogs in my opinion to support such a large creature.

Well Graybead i'll bet you have one too!!!  As far as the recordings they sure sound like others i have heard but the only thing missing that i haven't heard recorded is the bonechilling scream I have heard many times now.  The only thing I can't figure out is why there isn't more sightings amongst the hunters. You would think with so many of us in the woods more would see them.  But on the other hand if we think about it no one sees mountainlions either plus this thing is pretty smart to stay out of sight.  The guy on the phone is really upset??         BigBill

Hi BigBill, :D

I think there are plenty Bigfoot/Sasquatch sightings by hunters that go unreported. From the little bit of digging I've done in my neck of the woods, it seems the majority of hunters are too scared to report their encounters with Bigfoot because of ridicule or being branded as crazy that so often goes along with it.

I agree Ol` Man Mountain, There`s just to many hunters in them woods for someone not to have seen something. Brings to mind a couple of years ago, a young man came over to buy a beagle from me. He told me about hunting up in Alluwe about 7 miles north of me. It was 125 acres that his aunt, had give him permission to deer hunt on. The morning of the deer season, he was all settled in his tree stand, when something came approaching him in the dark. As it got closer to him and it just light enough to see a shape, to his horror, it was a 7ft bigfoot. That was the last time he said he ever hunted that place, and I was the only one he had ever told the story to except for a few relatives. He said the creature passed about 15 yards from him and the creature never looked his way or acted like he knew he was up in that tree stand.

My local guys here(ct) think its a joke too along with the locknest monster too.  There was a report here about a night fisherman running into something unusual across the pond and he couldn't identify what it was but it had to be a bigfoot the way the story sounds.  There has been foot prints here lately too along a river in a populated area(migration) too.  There are a few large forests here in the northwest part of the state and there is another report from campers seeing them too.  My point is none from hunters?                                                 BigBill
