Looks like about 85% right now I will be going and have one friend coming with me. Have always wanted to hunt dogs out west and would like to shoot as much as possible but also take in some socializing to and maybe some site seeing around for antelope if there is any around.

Fuzzy, I'm still kind of fuzzy :lol: about how many are coming with you. You put that one other guy is coming with you, but there's surely more than that riding in the RV down here with you. Are there any in the list above that are coming with you? If not, have them post, or post their names/handles in this thread so I will know. I'm trying to keep an accurate count on who's planning on showing up.

My shooting pardner (Dawger) and myself (Minnesota Dick) would like to join in on this p-dog shoot & BS session if it is OK with everybody.

Our plans would be to leave on May 31 and arrive late in the evening June 2nd. We would like to get some shooting in each day but don't plan on being all day shooters, as we are old timers and need to take some breaks from shooting. Also need some BS time & rest.

We are firm on coming the only exception would be something that came up that is not in our control such as health problems ect.

Please advise as to acceptance into this shoot as we would like to make our motel arrangements.

Like you stated earlier you want 20 shoots and youre over that now.

But if there is room I could do the 3rd (be there by noon at the latest)-5th (would have to leave around noon) your only few hours away. :grin:

I may have a confict going here. The Quigly shoot in Montana is just a week after the Prairie dog shoot and I may not be able to make it to both of them so Now I will have to see how things line up. I would still sure like to do both. I may better back off to the maybe group. I am 500 miles closer to Montana.

I don't know about the guys in the maybe column. I think they have all dropped out. If anyone knows for sure let me know.

I have a list of hotel rooms that we need from one of the other lists. I only count 16 people needing rooms. I need to get an accurate count on people who need rooms, when they are going to be here, when they are going to leave, and who is going to be staying in RV's.

I went ahead and called the nice lady at the front desk at the Cole Family Inn.

She wouldn't take my credit card number, said she didn't need it. So that's the answer to the question on giving them a credit card. She would like to know the names of those who will be wanting rooms and the dates of their stay.

I gave her my name and Dennis' name for the nights of June 2, 3, 4 and 5 and told her we might decide to stay over one extra. So that's basically all the kinda info she wants from us.

Dennis: I also have our reservations made at the Holiday Inn Express in Van Buren, AR on the way out. Got them confirmed on my card. Breakfast is Continental ONLY at that motel for the free breakfast. We might decide to eat more tho. Very likely in fact. :lol:
