Handi Sent for Fitting

I sent my son's youth handi to factory for a .223 barrel. I also asked them to perform work necessary to reduce the trigger weight. Will they do this? Is there a charge for it? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Generally, if the trigger is already below 5lbs, they tack on a $20 charge, but if it's over 5lbs they'll reduce it to about 3lbs at no charge.
