Colt Trooper MK III Value
« on: January 17, 2005, 03:33:29 PM »
I have a Colt Trooper MK III, .357 with a 4 " barrel that I am thinking of trading on a Marlin 1894C .357.  Anybody have any idea on what I can expect to get on a trade.  It has some holster wear on the cylinder and barrel tip, grips are in excellent condition and has approximately 1,000 rounds put through it.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Take care,

The Trooper is valued at around $200 retail. For a gun shop to take it in trade and still make money, you can expect to receive as little as $150. This will depend on if he thinks it will sell quickly or he'll have to tie his money up for too long. Remember, cowboy action is kind of popular and Troopers aren't.
