I need one room with two double beds for the nights of the 4th and 5th. Non-smoking if at all possible.

Well I don't know if Digger will go for one or not but I think I will probably want a single for at least one night, probably Saturday night, the 5th. We'll be in his camper the rest of the time.
If enough people book to secure all or at least most of the rooms then maybe this could be our central meeting place or something along those lines.

I'm gonna want a single. We're planning to arrive on Thursday and I guess will leave on Monday. So I'll want it for Thursday thru Sunday nights. I think that would be 2nd thru 5th.

Wes, I assume we each will need to call and provide a credit or debit card number at some point to hold the rooms. Is this correct? If so, after talking to them let us know when.

I talked to the Cole today.

She doesn't have rooms with double beds (I told you guys it was a small town motel :grin: ).........

But, there are some rooms with adjoining doors, and she usually rents them as a double with a break in price.

Now....

She is going to cut me a deal on the rooms, so the normal rate of $35.00 per room will be even cheaper. I don't know exactly what it is, but she's going to send me a written deal in the mail.

I'll let you know what it is when I get it (I'll be gone all weekend hunting coyotes and pheasants in Kansas all weekend on one of those guided things)

I have all of the rooms reserved already, and if anyone decides to drop out, please let me know as far ahead of time as you can.[/quote]
