Tikka Whitetail Manufacture Year

I have requested the year of manufacturer for a Tikka  White Tail from Stoeger (the old importer), Tikka and Beretta (they bought Stoeger).  I know from past experience that Beretta has very poor customer service.  But the holidays made me optimistic.

Well the only thing I received from Beretta is inclusion on their bulk mailing list.  

Does anyone know how I can determine the Year of Manufacturer on this Tikka?

I called the Sako company in Finland.  Got an answer on the phone right away (for a Sako I bought).  I don't have the number anymore but it must be on their website.  Had no luck with Beretta.
