Can anybody tell me the current price tag for a used Winchester '92 (Japanese Made) tang safety, blue steel/engraved receiver, with cresecent butt. Barrel is 24" in 45 Colt. Are these in demand? I can't seem to find any on the web to compare this one with. Thanks, in advance.

The mod. 1892 grade 1 is shown at 665.00 for 100% and 430.00 for 95 %
Mfg. 1997 to 1999. Came out in in three cal.s 357--44-40--45 colt.

I posted this on an earlier thread, but as a reminder, Winchester is still offering some '92s through a special order by a distributor. Go to Winchester's web site, and at the bottom of the product catalog menu, you'll see "non catalog items." These items are a 92 short rifle in 44 mag and a carbine in 45 Colt. They are not cheap, but there were still some left, the last time I looked.
