Reloading for the 7mm 08

Does anyone reload for this cartridge? I plan on starting with IMR 4350 because I also use it for my 30-06. I plan on making two loads, the first being a 140 grain ballistic tip and the second being a 160 grain partition. I've been reading that some of the Encore throats are so long that the industry standard of 2.80 inches has to be exceeded. Since the Encore doesnt have a magazine that's not a problem. I know all rifles are individuals and the bullet to land distance has to be determined in each gun. That being said does anyone have any experience reloading this cartridge? What kind of accuracy can I expect with a factory barrel? Thanks in advance.

I shoot 139 gn Hornady SP with 39 gn IMR 3031 from a 15" barrel. Haven't tried any 4350 yet but it is on my to do list. I hope someone responds on the 4350 question. Trussmanypb

I already have the 7mm 08 reloading manual, so I know the maximum charges for each bullet weight IMR 4350 and Reloader 19 show the fastest velocities with the Reloader being 100-150 fps faster depending on bullet weight. However the IMR 4350 has more load data than the Reloader 19 does. My main concern was the 4350's accuracy and consistancy. It is both in my 30-06, so I see no reason it shouldn't be in the 7mm 08. I was just curious if anyone had worked up a load with the 4350. What kind of velocities and accuracy are you getting out of the 15" barrel? Whats the recoil like?
