small splits in neck .223

i've been reloading some winchester brass,dont know for sure how many times i've reloaded the,maybe 4 or 5?today went out target shooting no wind at all,very nice,but the loads i've shot didnt group good? could this be the problem?one load i could cover with a dime,3 shots,today grouped 2 or 3 inches! is it because the necks are to hard? can this affect accuracy?  is it alright to shoot up what i got left,about 80?

Defects in the case necks can certainly cause grouping problems. There is most likely inconsistent bullet tension between all the rounds. That alone will probably cause problems. I personally would not shoot this stuff. Case rupture could be a possibility. At the very least  would inspect every round carefully and discard any that don't look good. KN

well i'll probably just get rid of them,i just couldn't figure out why it wouldn't group,ill just start over with new brass.
