I picked up a 10 inch contender barrel in 22 hornet , I am looking for suggestions on paper punching  bullets and IHMSA loads. Scope suggestions?

The load I use for Field Pistol is 12.5 gr. of AA1680, 40 gr. bullet and CCI small pistol primers. Sight in at 100 yrds and you can shoot chickens thru rams without clicking your scope or holding off center.

8.0gr WC820, small pistol primer, RCBS 55gr. cast gascheck bullet. Right around MOA at 100yds, no sight changes through the whole match. About 1750 fps. Don't go hotter, they tear up the chickens. Bulk 55gr. FMJBTs work fine too, if you don't like to cast .22 bullets and they're incredibly cheap.
