Dumb Squirrel question?
« on: October 03, 2004, 08:14:32 PM »
This may sound dumb but I have not shot many squirrels so I do not know how to tell a young one from a old one? Oh a few when I was younger but not lately. Anyway If I do get some which I hope to do how do you tell if it is a young one for frying or a older one which you have to cook different? Jim
Said I never had much use for one, never said I didn't know how to use it.

theyre like dogs..you notice some graying around the mouth and face...the young ones will LOOK young to you, trust me.

and i have never had to cook em any different, unless you WANT to. they all taste great in the crockpot with cream of mushroom. :)
I have it on good authority that the telepromter is writing a stern letter.

The younger ones are physically smaller too.
