It's a Horrocks IBBotson "Best by Test" Utica New York. In 4 sections about 3' long if you count the base part as a section, in a nice holder. All silver metal, not a scratch. Beautiful lacquer. What I could find so far as it dates between 1933 and 1939.

Anyone know these, or interested in it?

I'll take some pictures soon as I can.

I noticed there isn't what I thought was a forth section, it's an extra tip section- and the are both identical... Cool!

So, it's a 3 peice rod.

Assuming you're talking about a bamboo rod, these are fun to own. Mine is a Heddon that I restored to beautiful fishing condition. They cast very well, you just have to be more careful with the tips than with the tips of a graphite rod.  These rods were common in that day and were economically priced. They're quite a bit heavier than the typical "fine" bamboo rods. But who cares? These are lots of fun.
