howa 1500 .243 22" barrel

loaded some loads up with some h4895.first i cleaned the barrel,loaded 4 sets of 3.started out with 38.0,38.5,39.0,39.5 loaded 1 extra to shooy first after cleanig barrel. 38.0 not good 3 or 4 inches,38.5 .486,39.0 .985,39.5 1 1/2
