Winchester 37A Slug Gun?

My local pawn shop has a Winchester 37A with a 20" barrel and rifle sights on it. Did Winchester make a 37A slug gun? The rear ramp is there but the rear sight (which looks very much like a 700 Remington rear sight) is missing. Do you think I can find one? I'm thinking of getting it for a home protection/camp gun.

Swampman,
They all came with longer barrels and full choke.  That one has been cut down, removing the choke.  Replacing the rifle sight might not be suitable for your intended use.  Cabelas carries a large assortment of high-visability shotgun sights, one of which you may prefer.
