For those who have a hard hitting T3 Lite and have wanted to upgrade to a better recoil pad, I wanted to let you know there is an easy solution that is truly plug-and-play.
The Limbsaver recoil pad for the
Winchester 1300 Synthetic bolts on using the
existing screw holes in the Tikka synthetic stock. The only modification needed is to remove one of the locating nubs on the recoil pad (little plastic nub 1/16" across and 1/16" high on the back of the pad). This can be accomplished in about 5 seconds with a pocket knife.
The fit is very good and it looks like it left the factory that way. The difference that a good buttpad made on my 7mag was awesome.
