well its been a week today and i'm recovering very nicely. thank you all for your prayers  i am recovering twice as fast as the doc thought i would. i went to the docs yesterday and he said i was nearly healed and that i  could start pealing off the biobrain (the fake plastic skin that they put on my worst burns) on my left arm and back and as i'm pealing it off (i'm almost done i got one big pace on my arm left to go) but as i peal it off it gest keeps getting better and better .it just looks like i have a really bad sun burn now. i am still on some strong pain relievers and will be of a few more days but my pain in slowly going away. last night i slept all the way though the night i didn't even have to get  up and take more percasets* (my pain relievers). i'm telling ya it been one marcel after another i am feeling so good and so much better then anybody thought i would it is amazing. i want to thank you all so very much for you prayers an concerns, they were very apperisheted. thank you!



and for all those who asked if i would be well be hunting season , at this rate yes but it don't matter you know me i would of gone anyway.

I'm glad to hear that. It just goes to show what God is capable of if we will just trust him and let him work in our lives.

Glad to hear you are healing. you were in my prayers although I didn't
 post, hope the healing keeps up, and you are able to hunt this fall.
 That just shows you can never be to carful with fires and gasoline,
 also fire arms. Take care Marv.

Good to hear Mitchell.....your faith is an example to all who doubt the healing power of God and it should be a testimony to your peers in your age group also. You're alright guy!

Mitchell,

I cannot get over how fast and well your progress has been in just a week. I am pleased and thankful you weren't hurt as bad as initially reported.

I have to say, if my Mollie has a tenth of your tenacity and faith in God, she will be just fine.

Take care of yourself, and dagnabbit! Take it easy and rest!! Don't get too cocky and think you're done healing up. You want to be able to STAY in the hunting woods, not go out and come right back.

Tell your girlfriend she's a great gal and you are lucky to have found her.
You think you're being babied now, wait till you tell her that... HEE HEE :mrgreen:  Besides, once you do heal up, she'll end up like any other woman and start nagging you! :eek:

Seriously, have you found any load data for your new Hornet barrel? I have several different loading manuals and would be happy to PM you some data from my books. Let me know what you need.

Glad your recovery is going well and things are doing well. The power of prayer is amazing and having good caretakers helps a whole bunch. Burns are very serious so do what your doctors tell you to do. :D

Mitchell, You are Blessed!! To those who have expressed their faith on this thread I would like to say Thank You to you. It is so nice to be a part of such a great, honest, and caring bunch of guys as is in our little "brotherhood", but also to know so many share the same faith in God as I do. The Apostle Paul said it like this, "For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified."
When it is all said and done. and we all meet the Creator, is that not all that will really matter anyway? I am not interested in what "faith" we belong to, just so long as we are part of the Body of Christ and we are endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit until we all come into the unity of the Faith. Thanks to all and to think I found all this on the internet. We are a testimony to how something that is so often blamed and feared for being evil, can really be used to share the goodness of God.
