Yup, Nosler will soon have a banner at the top of this Forum and be the Sponsor of it. I've been having discussions with them on this move now for a couple weeks. Just got a call earlier today from Carl who has confirmed that John R. Nosler made the decision and this forum is the one chosen for their banner.

In addition Nosler is about to introduce a new PRODUCT line. Something they've not sold before. Can't provide any specifics prior to Sep. 15, the official release date. I can say I have some that will soon be on the way for me to use and do a review. I think you're gonna like the new stuff.

Not sure just when the banner will begin showing but soon.

Thats cool. This would give it a better atmosphere for bullet topics and discussions. Also, that could make it a pretty good place to post topics from consumers to suggest improvements in bullet designs and characteristics. BTW, when it is possible, please be sure to let us know what new product it is, I'm really interested to find out.

I will be "spilling the beans" so to speak on Sep. 15. Technically that means at 12:01 AM if I'm still up I could share what I know. I already have a good deal of info to share but am told I'll have more by then.

I do hope someone from Nosler will sign up as a member and monitor the forum to answer questions and make comments but I honestly don't know if they will or not. Some of my advertisers do and some don't. For those that do I think it greatly increases sales. But not all have someone available to take the time.

I think that it's always a great idea for sponsors to be active members as well, that way, just like you said, they are better apt to answer member's questions.

I like Nosler's products. I've been using them for years.

As the moderator of this Bolt Action Rifles forum, I enthusiastically look forward to having Nosler on board as a sponsor, and hopefully as an active member. :grin:

As I type this I am waiting for my freind to arrive from Portland with a nice box of Nosler 358/225 gr ballistic tips. I feel very proud that some of the finest quality bullets, scopes, holsters, swagging equipement, knives..etc are made right here in Oregon. Welcome aboard NOSLER!

I'm glad to hear that Nosler is now a sponser of this Forum. Nosler is my favorite bullet manufacture. Partitions rule!

This is great news.....the folks they have working there are top notch...and will go out of there way to help you with you bullet selection and loading data...Way to go Bill !!!!!!!!!

That's good. I sure like their bullets. They are of top quality and although I find myself making excuses to buy other products, I keep buying the Noslers because they are so satisfactory.

Like Questor, I find excuses to buy other brands of bullets to load all summer long.......

But when hunting season rolls around, I've usually got Nosler Partitions stuffed in my cases.

I have been, and still am, a fan of the Partition. But I gotta say that the Accubonds have won me over. I find it much easier to get MOA accuracy from them and look forward to hunting with them this November.

Wal Goose, ya must have slept thru it, or maybe ya wuz migrating north. :-D
