I have been thinking of 243 mostly for coyotes, what distances are these acurate to???  what grain is best w/ longer barrel?

i have a 243 and both from my experience and from others' stories, i can tell you that its good to AT LEAST 300 yards on a coyote, since its rated to shoot deer at that range as well.

I would think you could get a coyote at more like 400 max, but i will let those who have done it chime in.
