Anybody out there have any experiences with a Robar custom rifle such as the SR60? I'm inquiring on how they compare to what I have just stated.
The Robar is a nice rifle, but it's hard to answer your questions on how it compares to your weatherby, at least in the accuracy department.
Less than half-an-inch at 100 yards is excellent accuracy, and no one can tell you if the Robar will give you better results. All guns shoot different ammo and bullets differently. You could use some ammo and maybe get better or worse groups in your Weatherby, and the same holds true for the Robar.
Based on what you're saying, I'd stick with your Weatherby - it has proven to be a real performer.
