Squirrel season is a little more than a month away here in PA...lookin for some squirrel recipes. Anybody have any? Thanx

Hi. If you get some real young and tender ones, try them on the grill. I split them in half, soak overnight in salted water and grill like chicken. Slather on the BBQ sauce when almost done. Big old ones would want to be boiled first.
