New Lawsuit?
« on: January 18, 2003, 04:42:54 PM »
Well it was only a matter of time before  the Brady bunch would go after Bushmaster and others over the DC Sniper case and try to sue any one involved in the gun industry over crimes they had no control over. Sounds like we have a heck of a fight all over again.   Jim
Said I never had much use for one, never said I didn't know how to use it.

I listened real close to what they said on the t&v when they expanded on that story, and it doesn't look like the run-of-the-mill suit of the sort we've all become used to...apparently, the suit is over failure to follow the law pertaining to firearms transfers, rather than producing or selling a properly designed and produced weapon that kills people. This one seems to involve the ATF much more than the others, as well.
This might be good for us; at least it stresses the laws that get passed and are not obeyed or enforced. Time will tell.
