Winchester model 70 Classic stainless or Browning stainless stalker?

I have the Winchester Classic Stainless and, with plenty of aftermarket work done to it, it's, believe it or not, the most accurate rifle in my collection - less than 1/4" groups at 100 yards!!!! :eek:

I'm considering one too, but I'd prefer a heavier rifle so I'd be encouraged to learn to shoot it well.  I lean toward the Winchester because they probably have more experience with 375H&H than all the other companies put together.

Several years ago my main hunting buddy and I both got .375s.  He got the Browning stainless stalker aand I got the M70 Classic stainless.  He constantly drools over the M70 and is hoping someone will give him what he's got into the Browning so he can get a M70.  Me? I'm a happy camper with no desire for the Browning.  Unfortuneately I have to listen to a lot of whining because I won't "trade" for the Browning.  I have piller bedded the M70 as with heavy loads the stock flexes and the action screws loosened.  Since the bedding there have been no further problems.  

I also picked up a Winchester Factory stock from Gun Parts for $105.  It sure makes fore a right pretty rifle and adds some weight so it's a little more comfortable to shoot.  Will use it in the wood stock unless I go to a really humid/wet place to hunt.  Can't say the browning doesn't shoot well or isn't a functional rifle but then it is not a M70.

I have a cz 550 .375 and am very happy with it...out of the two you mention go for the m70, the browning makes me puke  :-D
