It's that time of year again when I start thinking of winter projects, and the custom rifle bug bites.
Last year I had a 6.5 WSM built, this year I am thinking something 30 cal.
The rifle would be built on a 700 action, and use at least a 30" barrel, along with a KDF brake. Not sure on the stock yet.
I really like what I have read about the 30/338 Lapua, then I stumbled upon a 30 Kahn, which is based on a 30/378 Weatherby.
If anyone could share any pro's and con's or offer a suggestion it would be greatly appreciated!
