I have never seen a left handed Tikka myself, only LH Sako, but surely Beretta makes em???

I know of a local dealer that has a left handed 243 Tikka Whitetail, but no 270.  Sorry, Just thought I would mention it in case you also need a 243.
Good Luck finding one.  My dad is left handed, so I look for lefties from time to time.

Ozarkguns has them in .308, .300WM and .338WM, but no .270.  Try auctionarms and gunbroker.
