:twisted: Southwest Elk and Beans :twisted:
What you need.
1 pound elk or other big game burger
1 15-ounce can pinto beans
1 15-ounce can kidney beans
1 medium onion - chopped
2 14-ounce cans chopped tomatoes
2 cloves minced garlic
2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder (more if you like)
3 tablespoons olive oil
What you do.
In a large sauce pan add the olive oil, garlic, onions and meat.
Brown the meat and then add all remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour.
Serve the meat with warm tortillas as a main course or side dish
