Mission trip to Romania
« on: July 29, 2004, 10:22:28 AM »
I have an 18 yr old son and some other friends that are on a 2 1/2 week missions trip in Romania.  I would appreciate your prayers that God will be glorified, that non-believers will be reached with the gospel and for the teams safety.

Thanks,

I will stand with you. My prayer is for fruit to be born from his efforts, that he and those with him are protected, that the Lord of host shines his face on them, bless them, protect them and bring them home safely.
I admire his work and, quiet franly, think you should praise the Lord that your influence on him has born this fruit. Doan get too big-headed now--though I could not find fault in some amount of pride in the Lord.
Blessings

My only response can be that anything good in the lives of myself, my wife or my children is by the grace of God.  Oft times inspite of my influence.  :)

For all who Kept my son, and the team, in prayer: thankyou.  We pick them up in Chicago tomorrow nite.  Things went well.  AT least 2 Romanian people accepted Christ as their Savior and Lord.  No serious illnesses from food etc...  and a very new perspective on what the world is like in many places outside of the United States.
