That is a loaded question (like Chevy vs Ford)!
OK, considering the source here (only been shooting silhouette ~3 year), here goes.  After checking out the "really good" shooters at local matches, most were using Anschutz rifles (1710 model, and a few 1712's).  Serval had used CZ's a few years prior to there Anschutz experience.  Figured I would cut-to-the-case and skip the CZ route and go directly with an Anschutz (all ready have a standard and 2 air rifles from them and have been very pleased).  Ordered a 1712 for myself, and after the back order delay (about 6 months), finally received it.  The rifle is very accurate, but the 2 stage trigger was a huge disappointment, and not upto what would be expected.   After having the trigger worked on, its now crisp with the right pull force.
This may not be the best solution, but it sure was an expensive one! :-D
