What bore and choke

I have a spanish shotgun (s/s), and on the barrel the chokes are written
like this:  18,2 - 17,3 and 18,2 - 17,7.

Is it imp.cyl/imp.mod. or half/full?

with old guns chambers can get modified as long as chokes.. be absolutely sure what gauge and chamber lenght it is, a gunsmith may be needed, get some factory loaded shells and  pattern it.. thenyou will know what it is, not what it says it is..  good luck  dave..
