Encore Barrel Cleanup??

Guys, I just got a stainless encore muzzleloader and there is a little rist spot on the barrel and the lug. Do you guys have any ideas on how I can get rid of this? I was sorta thinking about a dremel with a cleaning/polishing/??? bit. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up calling TC about it and the guy I spoke to said that they would refinish it for free since it has the lifetime warranty. I am not even sure if I am going to keep it, but I am going to ship it out this week for refinishing.

Is it actual rust or just discoloration....mine just turned a little dull....but who cares, you cannot see it under the forearm...just keep the area well lubed from now on....
