22 caliber Carbine kit for my contender easy travler

I was straighting out my Contender collection the other day when I came across the parts necessary for this handy little item and put the whole thing together in about 5 minutes once I gathered all the parts together. what I have is a compact kit with everything necessary to convert my contender to a 22lr carbine in a matter of minutes. The first item is something I picked up from sportsmans guide years ago but is still avaiable from various places even today. Its a camo take down case for the Savage Camper model of the 24 model survival rifle its the little over under 22lr and 410 rifle/shotgun setup it came apart in 2 oieces and stowed in this case it came in camo and black. Mine is Camo colored.
Its also a perfect fit for Contender parts. The case is devided into two seporate parts in one side I put the rynite stock, 1" nylon sling with QD swivels, a small screw driver(to remove forend from barrel) and 3" wooden dowl(to remove pin from frame). In the other campartment I placed the 16.1 inch 22 lr barrel with the rynite forend screwed firmly onto the barrel to prevent rattling.  Barel has iron sights on it. Both sides have snap tops and fold together and can be combined with the nylon straps for easy carry and compact storage. the whole thing is about 24" long and easily stores in a lot of places. all I need is a frame and I can have the use of a 22lr carbine in minutes this is perfect to take to the range when I am shooting my TC contender pistol for group or practice  so when I am finished I can shoot the 22 carbine for a bit of relaxation also handy for hunting and camping trips where contender is primary weapon for big game can easily convert for plinking or imprompt to small game hunting. The concept can be used with any carbine length barrel so I could use the pistol in 22 for small game and bring the kit with 45/70 barrel for some deer or pig hunting. It makes the whole concept much easier to use abd cappr at all times its very convient. Good for use with two rifles too use the 45/70 for deer or wild pig and when you get your game do some rabbit or squrill for the pot with the 22. Leaves a lot more left than a 45 70 when shooting rabbits and is easier on your shoulder. The concept is reasily used for a lot of different concepts for what ever use you can think of where a carbine change would be useful or handy. Hope you like my idea and it works for you.

But will the case hold a scoped barrel? Or does anyone know of a good cost effective case for such?

after all I can get the butstock in the other side easily and both sides are the same size. I beleave a regular sized scope or red dot of average size
should be no problem. I just prefer iron sights. I suspose I could also use the T/C quick detachable scope mount I am told if used on the same gun you will keep the zero even after you remove and replace it on the barrel so it could be removes and placed in the case seporately. But I feel a regular 3x9 or 4x scope will fit just fine. I just have no use for it. I may add a set od fiber optics through this is one barrel I could use both front and rear sights on.  The whole thing is really a nice compact system I could alo fit 2 or 3 boxes of 22's and a full ammo wallet in the case as well for survival purposes if I wished. I may just do that.
