Crickett .22

Does anyone have a Crickett .22 from Keystone Sporting Arms? I  have one I got just because it is a nice little gun. If you have one, how well does it shoot and do you like it?
If  you're going to make a hole, make it a big one.

I bought my son a Crickett when he was 5, it was his first rifle. It has a beautiful walnut stock and very nice bluing. It also has a rear peep sight which I much prefer to the open style sights for teaching a young shooter. It is a quality little rifle. Everything a boy needs to learn how to shoot.
This spring we got it out to go shooting (he's 11 now) and we discovered that he has finally out-grown it. It about broke my heart. The rifle still looks like new so we've oiled it up and put it away for his child to learn on someday. He now has a Marlin Papoose in SS and he loves it.
I've never tested the rifle for accuracy, but he once shot a hole in a quarter from 15 paces with it.
It was  a great beginner's rifle. I hope you enjoy yours.

The average groups  I have got with it range around 1/2' -3/4' 5 shoot groups with this rifle, with RWS Target at 50 yrds.  My dad got it for my younger brothers and sisters, it is topped with a Leupold Var. II 3-9.  It is no match rifle, however, I was fairly impressed with it.

I have taken this rifle to a SB silhouette match for the younger kids and they have had good luck with it.
