Is it possible to convert a 96 to a 9mm?
I believe the clips are interchangeable... I bought a used 96 that was previously used in Law Enforcement and it came with a clip that said it held 15 rounds.... it actually holds 12 of .40S&W.... come to find out was actually and old 9mm high cap magazine.
Anyway... I have a friend who has a 92 and we took his upper assembly off and it fit right on to my 96... didn't dare shoot it though, we both love our guns (and value our safety) too much to do something like that without investigating it first.
