In my contact with IAR over a year ago, the Henry/66/73's were Uberti and the 92's were Rossi.

I beleive IAR is a subsidiary of EMF and carry identical firearms, with as Blackhawk44 stated the 66/73 being Uberti made, and the 92 being made by Rossi.
