Hope the Mandani voters there enjoy the food shortages in the city when he implements the government run stores. The Mamdani’s communist manifesto also calls for higher taxes, wealth redistribution, rent control, free food, free health care, free transportation, and dismantling the NYPD. Figure there will be herds of people, and businesses leaving NYC.

Just a word of advice to those northerners moving south.   We don't care how you did it up north.  Please assimilate into southern culture and remember why you're leaving.  We like the way things are down here so work real hard not to try and change things.
