Fentanyl Warning Commercials
« on: October 06, 2025, 12:41:13 AM »
They're all over the TV predominantly using students as victims trying to stay awake to study. I've heard these kind of solutions for studying for finals ect.. for years, and never understood the concept.
When I was in college, and even the Academy, if I had an important test, or event coming up, I nixed hanging out, and studied, and went to bed at a reasonable hour. I didn't need a drug of unknown origin to keep me awake.
I remember seeing truckers in the old days so pilled up they'd reach 3 or 4 times trying to get a cigarette out of their mouth, and think, they're driving an 80,000 pound truck down the road, and can't find their own mouth.
Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times.

  Oh Yeah...nothing new..

I had a room mate in the barracks in Germany, who liked to play this song; one line of which says, "I'm taking little white pills and my eyes are open wide"..

...Don't know what those pills may have been..but likely something he was foolish for taking..

The song and photos in the video will be some great nostalgia for some "old time" truckers..
