When changing batteries do you need to re zeroe or if batteries die?

Some require removing them from the gun. If so re zero might be needed. If you can change batteries without removing it which is the way most are it has no effect at all on zero.

Thanks Bill. I’ve used irons and scopes and if I used a red dot, I don’t recall and it wasn’t much. Thinking about getting a red dot or probably holographic sight and the battery change just popped in my mind along with other concerns since I’m green/new to this market. I’ll make darned sure whatever I end up with I won’t have to remove the darned thing to change batteries. Hard using that for a defense gun…
