"Once again ironglowz. You post someone else's thoughts, and opinions. Don't you have any of your own, other than your aggravation when I give my thoughts,  and my opinions?

Years ago when I tried to lead a Bible study  here with only the Bible as an information source, you fought it tooth and nail, constantly postin commentary from other people. I gave up and shut it down with the help of Bill. You raised hell over it being shut down, but were one of the constant violators of forum rules, which were Bible only

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Sure I post other thoughts or speeches, most often by recognized scholars.  I recall your "Bible study" efforts, where you did not allow any commentary by anyone.
  A Bible study without commentary is what we do every day, as we silently read scripture.  Reading silently, doesn't lend itself to audio discussion.
   You say I have no original thoughts !  I have posted right here on GBO..some of my sermons and and Memorial Day speeches, all original, but you make no remarks at that juncture !
  Here, for instance, is t e speech from this past Memorial Day; all original...although the prayer itself, was basically an American Legion "canned" prayer..
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hOpoPLtVOo
  Did you hear all the original content ?  I will be preaching again on October 12, would you like to see that message, a solid 30-40 minutes of original remarks ?
I don't think I've ever witnessed a more dedicated word twister that was as bad at it as you are. Your claims of Christianity are muddied by your attempts of deception, and deflection. You know perfectly well what I meant by outside commentary, and here you are, telling a big one to appear innocent.
Your self promotion has always been paramount, which is why your accomplishments in historical scripture twisting, and fantasy spirituality has never made it here.
As to your self horn tootin style, I'd not care to indulge your religious facade, I'm more interested in biblical truths, rather than stray cats.
You very much remindme of an old man in my church that has since past. Always volunteerin, but making sure everyone in, and outside the church knew what he did. Most of the time the church let him because nobody else really wanted to do it anyway. He  was a little short fella to. :)
LOL, even with a law degree, your still a pretty straight shooter, and besides. I gave you a recommendation for a short bike that fits, so you kinda owe me.  8)
  Relax Richard, you have plenty of great company..
  Jimmy Buffet, Willie Nelson, Jeff Gordon, Bob Costas, Mario Andretti ,Mark Wahlberg, Al Pacino, Bruce Lee, ...All measure between 5'6  and 5'8"..
   Then there is the "brain trust"..Sir Isaac Newton, Wm Shakespeare, Winston Churchill, Leonardo DaVinci, Sir Francis Bacon....and the "Incomparable Beza" came in with the above noted heights..   Albert Einstein however, is an outlier at 5'9"..
  Then there were the warfighters..  Alexander the Great 5'2",  Napoleon Bonaparte, 5'6", Audie Murphy 5'5", Attila the Hun 5'6', field marshall Bernard Montgomery 5'7'', and Julius Caesar 5'7"
   Other notable shorties..
  Andrew Carnagie 5"3", Ludwig Von Beethoven 5'4", Immanuel Kant 5'2", and James Madison 5'4"..
  Only a small, partial list of course..   ;) ;D
Wow!  :o  Maybe there's something to this "short man's complex" being a motivator to excel!!  Take me for example!  8)
   Me too... Back when I graduated high school, I was about average height then.. 5'8".   But as I look around these days, I am quite short compared to most of today's crop of younger men. ... A visit to Walmart confirms that...
   I never let that deter me though, because I worked many a taller man beside me to exhaustion, doing heavy work such as found in the brick yard, on the pipeline or silo building.
  And when it came to the military, I performed as well as any with bayonet and fired expert with irons on the range up to 550 meters.   Plus, anything over 5'9" was too tall for a tanker.
    Height may be an advantage for hand to hand, but at the usual ranges, it only make a man a bigger target..
  That being said, my grandsons have grown to 6'5" and I have a nephew at 6'8"...still fine men...  And I've lost about an inch due to age... :D ;D
LOL, your the exception rather than the rule. Most have The NapoleonComplex which is many times mistaken for motivation.  :)
